Feedback gets a bad rap. It’s not something we all rush to give or get more of, mostly because it's a sensitive topic, involving emotion. Yet the reality is, giving and receiving feedback is the cornerstone to a high performing organization.
In general, people have very little knowledge about the science behind giving proper feedback, which includes what words to use and avoid, body language, how to structure the conversation and what happens in the brain during the process.
In this workshop you and your team will learn about the optimal framework to create in which feedback can propel the whole group forward.
Not only will you receive a lot of background helping you understand the specifics at work, you'll also explore & experiment right away and in a lighthearted way how constructive feedback can strengthen the levels of connection & trust within your team.
All sessions can be booked separately. Once a group masters the basic tools, there is a possibility to have me facilitate periodic feedback sessions containing a more advanced level of depth & vulnerability.
